A: Your order will be shipped directly from our US based suppliers. We work with multiple suppliers, so shipping origins will vary with each product. As soon as your order is shipped, we will email tracking number(s) to you.

Q: How long will my item take to ship?

A: Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and 3-5 days for your item to arrive once shipped.

A: We are based out of Ville Platte, Louisiana, USA.

Q: Why do I have multiple tracking numbers for one order?

A: We work with multiple suppliers across the US, so some of the items included in your purchase likely come from different suppliers and locations.
